These Mad Ally Training Packs are a must for any athlete, each pack comes with a foam roller, massage ball, split brick and resistance band.

Massage Ball -  works well to remove pain & tension in the calves, hamstrings, hips, glutes, pecs, obliques, shoulder, upper back, feet and arms. 

Foam Roller - with a recessed mid section to protect your spine, use the roller to self massage sore, tight and over worked muscles. Rolling out will assist in muscle rehabilitation, promote muscle relaxation and release restrictions to restore motion. Length - 32.5cm
