Dance Store postage policy
- If you enter the incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
- Business addresses require a business name to be stated.
- Customers will be provided with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.
- Dance Store will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed shipment.
- Delivery times specified are estimates only. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer and once shipped Dance Store is not liable for any delays.
- Once order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.
- If items are not available in our New Zealand distribition centre the order will be sent from our Australian warehouse.

- All parcels have an Authority to leave
- Prices are calculated upon checkout once you have selected the desired size bag and the suburb.

International shipping is offered on all of our products, please choose the International shipping option and we will email you with a postage quote.
Dispatch Time
We endeavour to get your orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 4-5 working days for your orders to be dispatched.
Shipping generally takes 10-12 days but there may be delays at Christmas that is out of our control.
Christmas Dispatch
We are closed for Christmas Holidays from Friday 19th December to Tuesday 6th Janaury, all orders placed during this time will be dispatched from the 6th January.
